Kaitouloppapu is a Sanrio character, introduced in 2013. He was designed by AMY (Emi Nagashima), also known for Gudetama.[1] Unfortunately, Sanrio haven't seem to have done much with this character; so he was removed from the Sanrio Japan character directory some time ago.
Profile
A magician bunny character, who wears a black hat and black clothes, as well as a pink mask and pink ribbon and medal. He loves artwork, and disguises himself as a picture to steal it from art security guards. He is actually lop-eared, but his ears are raised to hide his identity. He also likes popcorn.
